[FIXED] Where do I upload avatar?

Please report all bugs and how to reproduce them, so we can fix them!

I can't find it anywhere in my profile settings, but I see richard has an avatar. Where do I upload the image?

Only when you're on one of the forum pages, click your username in top right, and then User Control Panel -> Profile -> Edit Avatar
