Request Update

Would be nice if people could request an update for an asset to the publisher without leaving a 0 star review. Would also mean that at a glance you could see that an assets had "40 requests for updating" so you know to avoid that asset as it's "old hat". Perhaps assets with enough of these could be pushed down the rankings too so we dont get ancient tox's cluttering up the space that were popular once but no longer.

That would be brilliant in making sure assets keep working with new releases (looking at you, 099 experimental!)

You specify a build number in the component view so that could be used to determine ranking too
